The Beau Soleil Piano Quartet in collaboration with double bassist Henrike Kovats performs Franz Schubert's famous "Trout" Quintet in A major, D.667. The popular work was composed when Schubert was 22 and yet only published posthumously.
The Beau Soleil Piano Quartet comprises Liza Joubert (piano), Lucia Di Blasio-Scott (violin), Marina Louw (viola) and Dane Coetzee (cello). Also on the programme is Mozart's Piano Quartet No 2 in E flat and Joaquin Turina's quartet in A minor, op 67.
